Platelet rich plasma facials are the gold standard of facials and are a natural alternative to fillers and botox. There is no other product that will turn back the years quite like PRP. The term “Vampire Facial” is often used due to the platelets coming from your own blood although by the time the platelet rich plasma is separated the product no longer resembles blood in any way and in fact is a golden yellow substance.

Your appointment will begin with you giving a sample of blood which is then placed into a centrifuge and the platelet rich plasma is separated, during the time it takes for the separation a numbing agent is added to the face. Once the platelets are separated they are used to bathe the face during the micro-needling phase.

Once the micro needling is complete the protein rich plasma is then injected into any areas that need extra attention such as below the eyes, around the mouth or superciliary arch. PRP can also be used on the décolletage and almost any other body part you would like improved.

Post treatment you will be left with an area of redness from the micro needling and injections which may last for the rest of the day / evening and it is strongly advise that you refrain from using anything other that water to wash with for the 24hrs post treatment
